I originally found Shannon as I was looking for a trainer to provide some cross training for me during my marathon training plan.  She was extremely thoughtful in the training she provided me to help me get ready for race day.  I really felt that incorporating her cross training into my running plan made me feel very strong on race day and helped prevent injuries

After I was done with my race, I was hooked and continued to train with Shannon because I loved how strong I was feeling.  I increased my sessions with her and this is when I really began to see results.  Inches came off and I was progressing in the amount of weight I could move in the gym.

 Shannon is a results driven professional and one of the kindest humans I know.  She has provided me mental and physical support, in and out of the gym.  The relationship does not end when you leave the gym with Shannon which I really appreciate.  She pushes you in the gym and the workouts are never boring or repetitive.  She constantly throws new challenges at you to continuously improve your physicality.  I cannot recommend Shannon enough as a personal trainer and honestly wish I could work out with her every single day!

"Shannon always put in so much thought into how to train me to meet my fitness goals.   At our first two sessions, she assessed me and then moved forward to pushing me slightly past what I thought to be my limit.  Her constant monitoring of form has helped me lift weights more efficiently and her carefully planned work outs are always different, which keeps things interesting.  This has allowed my body to become the strongest it’s ever been and for the first time ever, be proud of the definition in my arms, even after having three children. 

Within a few weeks, I saw change and in a few months, I lost inches off my hips, waist and biceps.  Shannon also worked with me on nutrition by reviewing my food log.  She gave helpful suggestions on how to make improvements in my diet to reduce bloating and help fuel my muscles for a stronger work out.  She makes our sessions educational as well, giving me tools to optimize my own work outs when I am at the gym on my own.  

I love how encouraging and passionate she is about exercise and my overall well-being.  It has definitely rubbed off on me and my other friends who train with Shannon.   She checks in constantly to make sure we are recovering from our work outs, which makes me feel like she is always nearby to consult with me on any fitness question I may have..
