Shannon was born and raised in San Diego, California, and has been involved in athletics and team sports since early childhood.
Shannon moved to Los Angeles in 1996, and graduated from UCLA in 1999. Shannon had a successful career in the finance industry before taking a break from the business world so that she could focus on raising her three daughters.
After suffering a neck injury and having three children within a span of four years left her weakened & out of shape, Shannon made a decision restore her body, health, and fitness. Through dedication to diet and exercise, Shannon is stronger, faster, and healthier than ever before, and she wants to help others with their own self-restoration so that they can look and feel their best.
Now that her daughters are older, Shannon has combined her loves of exercise science, sports, fitness, and mentoring, and has obtained her Certified Personal Trainer designation from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, one of the most rigorous and well-respected governing agencies in the fitness industry. In addition, Shannon is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and also holds credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as both a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, giving her a unique skill set and the ability to provide clients with additional levels of expertise.
When Shannon is not training clients, she enjoys doing CrossFit, competing in triathlons, and spending time with her family and friends.
